There are no passenger flights from Indonesia, Thailand or virtually anywhere into the UK as people are staying at home. This is a good thing as it helps stop the virus spreading but it means until passenger flights resume there will not be any way to import fish. If you have placed an order on our website for fish that have not yet been shipped you have two choices 1. Ask us for a refund 2. Leave the order with us to be fulfilled when flights commence Please advise us which one you want to do by sending us an email to: thebettabox@hotmail.com Please put your order number as the subject We do not know when flights will resume Please speak with your supplier (seller) to discus if you want them to hold the fish for you or if you want to ask them for a refund Obviously this is not a good time for us as a business but it’s more important to stay alive So please stay at home and keep isolated as requested by our government or if you are a key worker please look after yourself and don’t take any risks with your health Don’t forget you can post on this forum to help get through the boredom of being in isolation Stay safe
