Season Rain - Thailand (Direct route)

She is our Thai exporter

All fish that come from or through Thailand go to her

The suppliers do not have to pay an export fee, but they may ask for an additional cost to get the fish to Season Rain 

We currently have one transhipment per month from her

Hermanus Haryanto - Indonesia (Direct route)

He sends the shipments on a direct flight from Jakarta to Manchester, this is obviously the quickest and best value route for Indonesian fish

The suppliers have to pay an export fee, they may also ask for an additional cost to get the fish to Hermanus from their location.

We currently have one transhipment per month from Hermanus

Joty Atmadjaja - Indonesia (Indirect route)

JGB Transhipping service 

He sends all the fish to Thailand where Season Rain collects them from his importer and looks after them until the Thai shipment is sent

The suppliers have to pay an export fee, they may also ask for an additional cost to get the fish to Joty from their location.

This is the longest, slowest and most expensive route for Indonesian fish

You need to look at when the fish are leaving Indonesia and when the Thai shipment  is scheduled to leave

Betta Leong - Singapore (Indirect route)

He sends all the fish to Thailand where Season Rain collects them from his importer and looks after them until the Thai shipment is sent

The suppliers have to pay an export fee, they may also ask for an additional cost to get the fish to Betta Leong from their location.

At present this is the only option to get fish from Singapore until there is enough demand that a direct flight is viable

Tran Thanh Tuan - Vietnam (Indirect route)

He sends all the fish to Thailand where Season Rain collects them from his importer and looks after them until the Thai shipment is sent

The suppliers have to pay an export fee, they may also ask for an additional cost to get the fish to Tran from their location.

At present this is the only option to get fish from Vietnam until there is enough demand that a direct flight is viable

Please note

On indirect routes there are Additional Handling costs to take into account,

*Export Fee

From their country of origin, this is usually included in the price of the fish but check with your supplier

*Husbandry Fee

To collect, unpack and look after them until the Thai shipment leaves.
