Our journey with ornamental fish began in 1979.
What started as a passion for fish has developed into more than four decades of experience across the aquatic industry.
OUR JOURNEY
1979
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
We have been keeping and working with ornamental fish since 1979.Things were very different back then, one of our first aquariums was made from angle iron, with the glass held in place with putty.
1983
ENTERING THE INDUSTRY
Our first step into the aquatic industry was from our home, retailing genuine, high-quality Japanese Koi from purpose-built concrete ponds.
This led to owning and managing several aquatic and pet shops and wholesaling live, frozen and dried foods.
BUILDING AQUATICS
FACILITIES
We have designed and built shop displays, breeding facilities, fish houses, filtration systems, ponds and bespoke aquatic installations.
We also produce acrylic Betta barracks built to our customers" own specifications.
2014
THE BETTA BOX
In March 2014, we visited Vietnam and Thailand to establish our transhipping service.
We met exporters and breeders throughout the region and built relationships and friendships that continue to this day.

We work with established exporters and breeders across Asia.
They receive and consolidate your fish before exporting to the UK
