📦 COLLECTION DETAILS

To ensure a smooth, stress-free process for everyone, we have strict collection guidelines depending on your order type. Please read the details below carefully.

🚛 FULL BOX ORDERS (Lymm Services)

For customers picking up full box orders, we will be meeting at the Lymm Services hub.

• Location: Cliff Lane, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 0SP

• Time: 🕒 You must arrive by 1:30 PM. Please set off early to allow for traffic or unexpected delays.

• Parking: 2 hours of free parking is available for all vehicles.

🇮🇩 INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (B&Q Warrington)

For customers collecting individual fish orders, we will be meeting in the B&Q car park.

• Why here? As part of our licensing agreement, we do not allow visitors directly to our breeding and holding facility. We host collections here because it provides a safe, well-lit, and open public space with plenty of room for a smooth handover.

• Location: Delph Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8RD

• Time: 🕛 Times start from 6:00 PM onwards. We must fully unpack and check the shipment before any fish can be handed over.

• No Waiting Around: Every customer will be given a pre-arranged, specific time slot. This ensures you can arrive, safely collect your fish in a secure public environment, and head straight home without waiting in queues.

🚚 UK HOME DELIVERY TIMELINE

Can't make it to a collection point? No problem. We offer a secure, tracked UK home delivery service. Here is how your fish travel from the airport to your front door:

• 📅 Day 1 (Wednesday 23rd): The shipment lands. All orders are carefully unpacked, acclimated, and thoroughly health-checked by our team.

• 📅 Day 2 (Thursday 24th): Orders are professionally repacked for transit and collected by our specialist courier.

• 📅 Day 3 (Friday 25th): Your orders arrive directly at your chosen delivery address.

Track Your Order: All home deliveries are fully trackable. As soon as the courier scans your package, tracking details will be sent directly to you so you can follow the journey.
