Additional Handling Charges

If your fish are not coming on a direct flight from the sellers country to us in the UK but are transitting via a third country such as Thailand   (for example Vietnam to Thailand then onto UK) 

*The fish will need to be unpacked, housed and genrally looked after in Thailand until being repacked for the onward journey

Or                                                                                                                                      

*You need us to hold the fish in the UK for you for more than one day    *You want us to unpack the fish, water change and rebag the fish

Or  

*You want to add delivery to an order that was originally a collection
